Headquartered in South Jordan, Utah, a

Merit markets its products in the United
States through a 75-person direct sales
force and has broadened its presence in
Europe and the world through a network
of 20 direct sales people and a number

internationally by calling directly on
physicians and clinicians who will be
using the products in hospitals and
clinics worldwide.
The Company has expanded from a small
manufacturing facility in Salt Lake City
to two separate facilities in the
metropolitan area. It also has a
manufacturing facility in Galway,
Ireland, enabling Merit to provide
quality sub-components for its products
and better distribution to European
accounts. Merit also has a catheter
manufacturing facility located in
Angleton, Texas, a procedure tray and
pack manufacturing facility in Richmond,
Virginia and a customer service and
distribution center in Maastricht, The
Netherlands. The Company has achieved a
world leadership position in inflation
devices and hemostasis valves and is
renowned for its product innovation,
customer service and product quality.
